Our brief was to create a charismatic showhome for this new development in Cambridge, using furniture and accessories to give subtle hints of the surrounding area and show a clear working from home space. We used rich autumnal velvets and natural weave fabrics to give that timeless, warm ambience that you experience typically in country homes, primarily in this area. Smoked oak wood furniture with pattern detailing such as the bedside cabinets and media unit, compliment the muted, earthy paint pallet on the walls throughout the apartment.

We installed neutral voile curtains to soften the rooms further, which gave the apartment that finesse look. Our Marleigh Park showhome is a wonderful example of how subtle touches in the decoration, window dressings, and furniture staging can elevate a showhome entirely, adding the character and charm a buyer desires.
