Stonebridge House is located in Leatherhead, a town known for it's rich history in the county of Surrey. Our clients have beautifully restored this Grade II listed building into a row of townhouses, we had the privilege of staging two of these Georgian houses to show versatility to potential buyers for how they can use the spaces, whether that be in the 3-bedroom or 4-bedroom house. Maximising the light throughout the interior with pastel pallets and open living spaces, the developers also kept the charm of the property itself exposing original beams and framework. Ensuring we used quality finishes throughout to the reflect those of the property, we used light upholstery and oak furniture to compliment the decor. We linked the design schemes so there was consistency between the two with subtle details in both the furniture and styling, while still giving them their own identities.
