Newton and Young were tasked with dressing this spacious studio apartment at The Founding to support its launch to market and enhance the sales and marketing material.

The brief was to create a neutral, calming backdrop, elevated with bold accents through carefully selected furniture, artwork and accessories. The aim was to deliver a space that felt immediately liveable - somewhere a buyer could walk into and feel at home - while also ensuring the full scheme remained accessible to purchase.

We curated the apartment using hand-selected pieces from our premium furniture collections, achieving a high-end, aspirational look without compromising on practicality. Crucially, every item specified is in stock and available, allowing customers to seamlessly recreate the space themselves.
