Our third apartment at The Founding, Apartment 1503, is a great example of how considered interior design can elevate a space. Our clients, British Land, wanted a space that felt modern, stylish and aspirational but also a space viewers could instantly visualise themselves living in. A brief our team have absolutely delivered on.

Incorporating trims of brass and organic travertine finishes, the foundations of this design brings minimalist and luxury together. Curved-edged statement pieces were purposefully chosen to soften the square rooms, such as the bespoke Principal Bedroom headboard, which accentuates the height of the walls, creating a feeling of space.

Colour also played a key part in the scheme. Furniture and artwork features striking tones of plum, navy and apricot, which is softly enhanced by warm neutral paint decor - perfectly balancing a tranquil yet commanding aesthetic.
